Returns & Delivery Policy
At Millers.ie, we want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@millers.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned garden machinery must be unused, unopened where possible, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Machinery must not be fuelled, oiled, used outdoors, damaged, marked or missing any parts, manuals or accessories.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. For high-value or bulky machinery, we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, and larger items may require specialist or pallet return arrangements.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@millers.ie as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the size, weight and availability of the product. Large garden machinery may require pallet or specialist delivery, so please ensure safe and suitable access is available when your order arrives.
